Thomas Farm House Systems Upgrade

Located on the Monocacy National Battlefield, in Frederick Maryland, the Thomas Farm House project was a historical renovation of a brick farm house said to have been built in the 18th century, to be used as the park headquarters. Mona’s role in this project was to bring the mansion up to code and standards. This was quite a task considering the work required Mona to conceal any wiring needed to upgrade the Electrical Service, HVAC, Fire Alarm System, and Security System. All light fixtures were to be historically accurate to period. National Park Services (the owner) and Mona, strived to have the renovation remain within a high degree of integrity to the period of the mansion.
